Canine parvovirus belongs to the genus Parvovirus of the family Parvoviridae and can cause intense infectious diseases in dogs. Detection of CPV IgG antibody in dogs can reflect the immune status of the body.
Clinical significance:
1) For the evaluation of the body before immunization;
2) Detection of antibody titers after immunization;
3) Early detection and diagnosis during canine parvoinfection.
This product uses fluorescence immunochromatography to detect CPV IgG antibody in dog blood. Basic principle: There are T and C lines on the nitrate fiber membrane respectively. The binding pad is sprayed with a fluorescent nanomaterial marker that can specifically recognize CPV IgG antibody. The CPV IgG antibody in the sample first binds to the nanomaterial marker to form a complex, and then goes to the upper chromatography. The complex binds to the T-line, and when the excitation light irradiation, the nanomaterial emits fluorescence signal. The strength of the signal was positively correlated with the concentration of CPV IgG antibody in the sample.
