【 Testing purpose 】
Dogs are susceptible to Ehrlichia, anaplasmosis, and Lyme disease following tick bites. This canine Ehrlich (EHR), Anaplasma (ANA), and Lyme disease (LYM) antibody test kit can simultaneously detect IgG antibodies produced by these three pathogens in blood after infection.

【 Detection principle 】
EHR, ANA, and LYM antibodies in canine serum/plasma were quantified using fluorescence immunochromatography. There are T and C lines on the nitrocellulose membrane, respectively. The binding pad contains a marker that specifically recognizes IgG from all dogs. When the sample contains EHR, ANA, and LYM antibodies, the EHR, ANA, and LYM antibodies will bind to the T-line, which contains EHR, ANA, and LYM antigens. When illuminated by excitation light, the nanomaterials emit a fluorescent signal, and the signal intensity is positively correlated with the concentration of EHR, ANA, and LYM antibodies in the sample.
