Clinical Symptoms

Allergic reaction, also known as allergic reaction, is the body's abnormal reaction to one or more substances, allergic reaction can occur in different breeds of dogs, clinical more common in small dogs, the main manifestations of sick dogs are: head, eyelids around, lip edema, hypoabdominal skin flush or red rash, itching; Some have abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhea; Sneezing, salivation, runny nose, shortness of breath, rapid heartbeat, conjunctival cyanosis. Increased discharge due to bronchospasm and difficulty breathing. When the smooth muscle of the organ spasms, there is organ colic, suffocation, and death. In general, the more acute the symptoms, the worse the prognosis.

Detection Principle

cTIgE content in serum/plasma was quantitatively detected by fluorescence immunochromatography. Basic principles:
T and C lines were drawn on the nitrate fiber membrane respectively, and T lines were coated with antibody a that specifically recognized cTIgE antigen. The pad was sprayed with another fluorescent nanomaterial labeled antibody b, which can specifically recognize cTIgE. cTIgE was first bound to the nanomaterial labeled antibody b to form a complex, and then to the upper layer, the complex and T-line antibody a binds to form sandwich structure. When the excited light irradiates, the nanomaterial emits fluorescence signal.
The strength of the signal is positively correlated with the concentration of cTIgE in the sample.
